Playing Catch-Up
Due to the recent Holidays I got way behind on my blog. Thought I should try to play catch-up.
Recently Brian and I have had to deal with all of my medical issues which was a little bit of a surprise but what was a bigger surprise was all of the support of my family and friends. I wanted to thank everyone for the prayers. It was also such a blessing to have Mike, Amy, and Decker come for here to offer support.
Next came the holidays. Christmas was nice and relaxing with my brothers, sister-in-law, niece and nephew coming for a visit. Brian was challenged with watching they kids and surprisingly he still is interested in having his own. He survived! It was great fun to watch Sam try to golf for the first time. He was beating us for the first 9 holes until he got bored!
Lastly Brian and I spent New Years in San Diego. We went to Sea World and Wild Animal Park. At Sea World, Brian surprised me with a dolphin encounter which was amazing! On our way home we trusted Brian's new GPS and ended up in the snow and 6,000 feet up. We get used to Detours on our vacation and always make the best out of them.
Now we are back in AZ enjoying the beautiful weather!

Ashley Visiting
We were lucky to have my niece, Ashley, come to stay with us for the summer. She was able to work at my office and take a few vacations with us. She left us on Friday and we already miss her. I don't
know what I am going to do with the extra food in the house and a clean bathroom for a change! We have pics from just hanging out and from the two concerts we went to. Obviously neither of us made it through the whole show. It was a busy summer for us all.

Ashley's Graduation
My niece, Ashley just graduated from High School in Washington. We are so proud of her. She plans on going to Eastern Washington with a track scholarship.
We were able to see here graduate and spend some time with the family. We were just sad that Ashley's new little brother or sister was not born while we were there.
